"Hi. I'm just writing to say thank you for your quick and 'pain free' service. I ordered two 14w fluorescent tubes from you and they arrived lovingly packaged only a couple of days later. I had tried to order the same tubes from TLC Direct who took my order, sat on it for three days, then informed me that due to the 'breakable nature of the cargo' they were unable to ship them to me!
